Health inequities persist for 2SLGBTQ+ young people both locally and nationally, particularly in sexual and reproductive well-being. Most evidence-based sexual health curricula fail to include information relevant to 2SLGBTQ+ youth or best practices for meaningful engagement. This training equips educators with tools to neutralize language, expand engagement strategies, and adapt curricula to better serve LGBTQ+ youth. It is designed for anyone implementing a sex education program with young people and the supervisors who support them. Attendees should have attended Sexual Health Education Essentials before registering for this session.
