Amplify Youth Health Collective is offering a Training of Educators for Positive Prevention Plus for Special Populations (2020). Positive Prevention Plus for Special Populations is a comprehensive, evidence-informed sexual health and teen pregnancy prevention curriculum for high school students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Topics include Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), Abusive Relationships, Healthy Relationships, HIV, Contraception, and much more.
After registering, you will receive access to the Amplify Training Center. Before attending the live training, you will need to complete approximately 10 hours of pre-work. To participate in day one, you must submit a certificate of completion for the e-learning to scarter@amplifytulsa.org. Please also bring printed copies of the 2020 version of PP+ for Special Populations with you to the training.
Attendees must attend all four days of this training and be certified educators for Positive Prevention Plus for Special Populations at the end of the training.
